Whether you’re a busy person or just hate doing the chore, our laundry services will make sure that washing your clothes is made easier and your laundry gets cleaned with utmost care.
We are using hang dry method to avoid and to minimize the damages on clothes, hygienic method such as sunlight/UV exposure to kill germs and bacteria. To ensure we can provide better quality of service, please allow us some time for the process.
We pride ourselves on providing quality works for laundry and cleaning services. It is our goal to achieve perfection of duty and satisfaction with every client we work with.

TERM&CONDITION
- There is a minimum order of RM20. Free delivery above RM50.
- Transportation charges RM5 is applicable for order less than RM50 and cancellation of order must be less than 4 hours prior notice.
- Not applicable for Carpet, Mascot, Wedding Gown etc.
- Currently we do not provide dry cleaning for any garments.
- By using our service, you agreed that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We will not be responsible for any damages on clothing that is not suitable for this standard laundering process.
- Please check if you have left anything in your pockets before handover the laundry to us. Kindly make sure everything has removed from the pockets to avoid damages on clothes during the process (such as lipstick, chewing gum, or a pen). Please be informed and remember to remove any valuable items from the pockets. (we will not guarantee on any loss during the process)
- We will not be responsible for any wear and tear of laundry, including loss of buttons, fading, fatiguing, holes, or abrasions. Similarly, we reserve the right to decline cleaning any particular piece of laundry if we think it will lead to trouble.
- Please be informed that responsible can't be held by us for any lost laundry; we simply have no efficient way of verifying that we actually received any particular piece of laundry in the first place. Please notify us within 24 hours upon receiving your clean clothes, we are much more likely to find misplaced laundry if it is reported early.
- We hope to provide a convenient service to all our customers and able to leave orders outside residences, or receptions, provided the customer gives written consent. However, once items delivered, our responsible will not be held or liable for the loss or damage of any items. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the safety of items after delivery by CASABELLA.
